Optimal Health Primary Care, LLC is a telehealth primary-care practice founded in Las Vegas and now serving patients in 10 states. We built it for the ordinary moments when care is hard to get: a sinus infection on a Sunday, a refill that ran out, a rash that won’t wait for an appointment three weeks from now.

How a visit works

Choose a same-day slot, 9 AM – 5 AM PT (overnight), and pay the flat $49.
2. Meet your provider
Tap the secure video link we email and text you. Visits run about 20 minutes.
3. Get your plan
Prescriptions, notes and next steps go out the same day when appropriate.
